Brushline Practice

Some words from today’s free write after the practice.

When I make a brushline,
... I connect to my body, my breath, and also the body’s texture, its own sensations, its humanness.
... I feel what is there, in my body and also with my thoughts.
... I meditate with the brush, one line at a time.

  1. Ah mysterious subtle lines - I love this landscape !
And maybe in keeping with the image - unknown - who did this ?
I love - "its own sensations" - and "its humanness" - also "one line at a time "

    1. I'll add people's names if they don't - it's Pascale's! I love the texture of this image - feels like a ghost emerging - and also the word-image of 'the body's texture'
